During our session We shall connect through "whats app" to look at your energetic health, your human bio-field, your subconscious emotions to assess what is blocked or out of balance and requires work: cleansing, opening and activating. Then we will connect on a private 'You & Me" FB group so you can receive a frequency alignment, a unique individual sound healing according to your personal needs at that time bringing your vibrational state back into harmony with your earth walk and soul purpose. You will be able to keep coming back to this sound healing in your own practice (meditation, breath work, yin yoga or simply before falling asleep routine) to keep opening your channels, facilitating your own powerful healer to grow and expand.
