To be honest I have acquired many modalities through the years, mostly vibrational resonance therapies like Breath Work teacher training, Sound Vibrational Resonance Therapy, Crystal Vibrational Resonance Therapy, Shamanic path training, Hatha Yoga teacher training with an emphasis on the breath work path, Yin Yoga, Remedial, Sports, Sweedish & shiatsu but it truly is since I have let go of ALL of the teachings, the techniques, the limitations that I started truly working from the space of LOVE. Intuitive sure is my biggest modality with a definite authentic twist. What to expect during our 1.5 hour session? This session includes 20-30 minutes consultation and 60-80 minutes hands on healing. We first discuss how you have been feeling and what has been coming up for you, your strength, your weaknesses, your highs, your lows, your personal needs and intentions for the session. Once on the table we assess your energy flow, your energy centres, your chakras, your energetic health. Then we close our eyes, turn off our human, switch on our soul and allow the energy to do what it needs to do, to go where it needs to go.
